Stockton Multistyle Escrima is a Non-Profit organization whose goal is to preserve Stockton’s indigenous reputation as the place where Filipino Martial Arts, known as Escrima, Arnis, or Kali, emerged in America.
We encompasses the original teachings of the Leo Giron system, the SLD system developed by Maestro Dentoy Revillar, and the Multi-style combat techniques developed and taught by our Stockton Multistyle Escrima instructors and graduates.
We highly encourage our students to participate in full contact sparring, so that they can apply what they learned and determine what works for them in combat. This is the spirit behind “Training for the Truth.” Our goal is to expose our students to the diverse history and culture of the Filipino Martial Arts and train them to survive and win when faced with a real-life combat situation.
With over 400 plus years of combined experience in Filipino Martial Arts and the most Instructors that graduated directly from Master Leo Giron’s “back yard” classes, Stockton Multistyle Escrima strives to provide our students with the highest level of Filipino Martial Arts combat training.
